Role
Inspectors visit Vote Centers during elections and act as overseers. They complete checklists, ensure standard procedures are recorded, record evaluation notes, and provide assistance and supplies as needed, contributing to the smooth and fair conduct of the electoral process.
Responsibilities
- Visit vote centers to ensure procedures are followed.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the Elections Department.
- Serve as mediators between Poll Workers and Poll Watchers.
- Complete checklists.
- Record evaluation information (notes).
- Provide assistance to vote centers as needed.
- Supply supplemental supplies as needed.
