A voter may hand-deliver their completed mail ballot to the Elections Office on Election Day while the polls are open. You must show an acceptable form of ID when delivering your ballot, and you must deliver your own ballot.
4 This deadline applies to “late domestic ballots” from voters inside the United States who used an ABBM (not an FPCA). The ballot must have a postmark or carrier receipt mark showing it was mailed by 7:00 PM on Election Day. Ballots without a postmark or receipt mark cannot be counted.
