Mail Ballot Application Deadline

² This deadline applies to both the Application to Vote by Mail (ABBM) and the Federal Postcard Application (FPCA). Applications must arrive before our office closes. Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, by delivery service, by fax, or by emailing a scanned copy with your original signature: ABBM to evapplications@dallascounty.org or FPCA to earlyvotingmail@dallascounty.org. If you fax or email an application, you must also mail the original paper copy to the Early Voting Clerk. The clerk must receive the original within 4 business days, or a ballot cannot be sent. (This rule does not apply to emailed FPCAs.)
