A qualified voter is eligible to vote a late ballot if they have a sickness or physical condition that originates on or after the last day for applying for a Ballot by Mail. To do this, they must submit an application for a late ballot in person to the Early Voting Clerk at the main early voting polling place by a representative. The representative must be at least 18 years old and not related to a candidate on the ballot.
